Fit With Vic is about more than just personal training, it’s about a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.  Fit with Vic  was created by Victoria Tapp “aka” Vic.  Here we promote 360 health. It is all about the  Mind, Body and Spirit connection.  If your  mind is engaged, your body will follow. Fitness is really  more mental than anything. Vic wants to help  create new positive habits  so your fitness journey is not only one you will enjoy, but one that will stick with you through the rest of your life.

Fitness has no one “look. ” Fit with Vic trains all fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced athlete. Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. This helps to promote confidence and a positive outlook on life,  which in  transcends just fitness.

One on One in- person coaching for all fitness levels. Including outdoor ( Covid Safe) workouts ,gym workouts as well as home workouts.

This package includes tailor fit workout routines based on the clients fitness level. Online training  includes monthly workouts , step by step video instructions,  nutrition tracking and 24/7 online access and support to me.
